    Preserving

    Preserving food is one of the best ways to use what you might have growing in your garden. It's also an excellent way to take advantage of the abundance and variety of fruits and vegetables we're presented with each season. Fermenting is great for this too. Jams, flavoured salts, fruit pastes to go with cheese, pickles and lots more is what you'll find amongst the recipes here.
