Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp clove

Instructions

  • Add all spices onto a plate or place in a bowl, mix very well to combine, funnel into a glass jar, and store in a cool, dark place.

Notes

This will keep well if not exposed to the elements, particularly direct sunlight and constant air. So be sure to keep it in the cupboard with the lid on.
