- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 30 g cacao powder
- ⅓ cup coconut cream (the very thick cream from the top of the can)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup (or more, less to your tastes)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Prevent your screen from going dark
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. It takes less than a minute!
Spoon into two small bowls and refrigerate for an hour or two. You can eat it straight away too, but I think it's much nicer chilled.
