Ingredients
01
Add almonds, peanut butter, dates, cacao powder and salt to a food processor. Blend on high until they form into fine crumbs (10-15 seconds).
02
Press the crust mixture firmly into a 10-inch round removable-base tart pan to form the base. Place in the fridge while you make the filling.
03
Add the coconut cream and maple syrup to a saucepan. Heat until warmed through then add the chocolate and vanilla. Stir vigorously until well combined.
04
Remove tart shell from the fridge and pour the creamy chocolate filling into the base. Place in the freezer to chill for two hours or until the filling is firm enough to touch.
05
Remove the tart from the freezer, take it out of the tart tin and place on your serving plate. Decorate with plenty of fresh berries, and nuts.
