Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Pinterest Hidden Image

This Vegan Chocolate Mousse is thick, creamy and can easily be passed off as one of the traditional decadent varieties. It’s naturally dairy-free too. The avocado does not impart any strong flavor but it does give the mousse a very rich, velvety texture, while the banana adds natural sweetness and volume.

Steps For Making This Vegan Chocolate Mousse

There are really only two simple steps here, making it the easiest dessert ever!

Step one

Throw everything into your blender and combine until smooth.

Step two

Spoon into small bowls and chill for a couple of hours before serving. Done!

Most importantly – you must ensure that you use both a very ripe banana and avocado. Your vegan chocolate mousse will be much less sweet and creamy if you don’t. And we don’t want that!

I made this the other day and it was a GREAT success. My wife is addicted to chocolate which means our daughter is now too – this was a great way to get something healthy (avocado) too 😉
