    Fermenting

Fermenting is a form of food activism. It's a way to connect to our past and food traditions - through recipes like fermented garlic honey and garlic miso - that may otherwise be forgotten. It also enables us to reduce our food waste by making those foods that we ferment more stable for storage. Additionally, the process of fermentation enhances the digestibility and bioavailability of the nutrients in our food increasing their health benefits.
